摘要

Critical peak pricing is a flexible mechanism featuring effective lowering and suppressing peak load in power grid. In this paper, the dynamic optimized decision model of smart utilization of typical public building involving distributed generation and storage is established on the basis of critical peak pricing system and base line prediction of power generation and utilization of the building, while treating the optimal cost of end user as the target. Meanwhile, NSGA-II algorithm is selected to get the final results. At last, taking some public building in Tianjin as an example, the dynamic optimized decision model of smart utilization is built and the optimal operation strategy table is obtained. It is verified that the established model can save the expense of end user and optimize the load curve, as well as reducing the gap between peak and valley.
