摘要

Rapid development of wind power increases its proportion in electric power system and brings new impacts on the system, among which the reliability is important and concerned by people. This paper analyzes the impact that wind power brings to distribution system on its reliability with analytic methods. Capacity models are proposed to represent wind power generators and the connection of distribution system and the main system. It is shown by the results that wind power could improve reliability of the distribution system, and relative factors are analyzed to explain their impacts on the reliability.
