摘要

A new kind of transmission mechanism——the revolving-stock push rod sliding teeth rack drive mechanism ,which could transform the constant revolving motion as the straight uniform speed migration, is proposed in this thesis by the evolution and innovation of the mechanism. In the light of the forming and meshing theory of rack tooth profile, the equation of rack tooth profile and the condition of non-undercut are derived. Furthermore, the movement and the load of the push rod in the oriented slot have been analyzed, while the stress equilibrium equation on the push rod has been deduced.
