Based on the analysis of the heat transfer mechanism and the main factors affecting the heat transfer and resistance characteristics for the plate-fin and tube gas coolers, some optimized structures of the plate-fin and tube gas coolers are proposed. And their heat transfer and resistance characteristics have been studied by means of modeling experiments. The above achievements provide the reliable basis for the design and application of the plate-fin and tube gas coolers.
