摘要

A wide spectrum of temperature velocity regime can be obtained by varying process parameters such as fuel gas/oxygen ratio and total gas flow. The coatings exhibit varying microstructures, which depicts in electrical properties of the coatings. Further characterization and property evaluation such as porosity, thermal conductivity and elastic modulus are underway to establish better processing microstruc-ture property correlations.
