A Fuzzy Inference System for Intelligent Web Advertising and Dynamic Online Portals Customization

Customers are the final judges of an e-commerce company success. If an Internet/Web site meets the customer needs by providing them with the information that they want in a simple, straightforward fashion, thence, the site will become one of their basic sources for products and information. In this article, we present a Fuzzy Inference System that facilitates the decision-making process about the kind of advertisement that must be prompted and that can yield an on-line customized portal according to the visitor's profile.
