DEVELOPMENT OF HOT GUNNING SYSTEM AND MATERIAL FOR REPAIRING BLAST FURNACE

摘要

A new hot gunning system with materials suitable for repairing large size blast furnaces has been developed. The design of the new system was focused on enlarging the gunning capacity and rate of the conventional system to reduce the break of the blast. The system adopt a newly developed semi-wet type material which has the excellent resistance to carbon monoxide and alkali attack. The system has been testified to coincide with the developed materials.
