This paper describes how the team at Wytch Farm met thechallenge of drilling and completing selective re-entry lateralsin an increasingly price competitive and performance-focusedenvironment. One of the key elements in this success was thecreative application and modification of existing technology.Utilizing predominantly mature technology, the team was ableto proceed with confidence in the management of riskassociated with new applications.
