National Association of Stateland Reclamationists History and Mission

The National Associaiton of State Land Reclamiationists (NASLR) was formed in 1973 in response to a need for state reclamation personnel to exchange ideas to promote the state of the art. Since that time it has expanded to include corporate and federal persons employed in the profession. It has also established national awards for outstanding reclamation work by companies, and state reclamationists for exceptional work. A scholarship program has also been created.
