Oscillator design for three-port power

摘要

With the use of two dielectric resonators, an oscillator with power delivered to three 50 ohm ports has been reported. This paper reports a new three-port common emitter oscillator which uses a single dielectric resonator. A 10 GHz HBT oscillator is designed.
