Approach to computer-generated holographic stereogram by electro-holography

Abstract: We propose a generating method of Computer GeneratedHolographic Stereogram consisting of a set of Fresneltransformed 2D TV camera images. A reconstructed imageof this method can be shown near by hologram, becausethis hologram is a Fresnel type. This method candisplay real objects without a conventional holographicsystem for getting holographic data. As the view anglechanges with moving eye, 3D display can be obtained.This paper describes the principle and demonstrates 3Ddisplay using the presented method on the electricholography system.!7
