Speech spectrum of the Ukrainian language

摘要

This article has first obtained the spectrum of a speech to the Ukrainian language. The graphs of the spectral power density of the Ukrainian and Russian languages are experimentally determined as related in the Balto-Slavic group. The author's definition of the concept "characteristic spectral points of a language" is proposed. Results of work are necessary at the analysis and recognition of the speech.
