Based on the summary of seismic research at home and abroad, the finite element method and fiber model analysis method was adopted, by using finite element software ANSYS, the paper analyzed earthquake response of support project, analyzed and demonstrated the bearing form and arrangement form of multilayer overpass structure. Through the summary and classification of natural frequency and mode of vibration, the deformation law of multilayer overpass under the first 30 modes is obtained, the higher order mode contributes the most to the vibration effect, which shouldn't be ignored.
