摘要

Design of measurement scheme of the temperature field of heated parts is an important method for the thermal load analysis of marine low-speed engine. By analyzing working environments and states of motion of the main heated parts such as the piston, the cylinder head and the cylinder liner, schemes of thermocouple sensor package and temperature measurement are designed, and heated parts of temperature field are researched combined wired with wireless measurement methods. The layout schemes of temperature measuring points and the test piece processing are devised, and then temperature field test system for low-speed marine engine is developed based on LabVIEW. The study provides experiment method for the thermal load analysis and builds the test platform.
