In recent times smart-phones used as a device for different computational activity. It has great processing capability with increasing number of core and CPU cycles. Instead of its good processing capability it suffers from inherent problem of battery usage and storage. Introducing smartphones cloud computing can leverage a better computing environment. Still, it suffers in respond time in case of latency sensitive application. In this paper, three stage task allocation optimization problem examined with integer linear programming. A comparison of task allocation strategy in different stage is tested and analyzed with performance gain of approximately 54% in terms of access latency.
