The scissors aerial work platform is a high-altitude working machine that transports workers, tools and materials to the target position for operation. In Scissors lift mechanism of scissors aerial work platform, double hydraulic cylinders are usually adopted to drive platform. This paper introduces the composition and the working principle of dual cylinder hydraulic drive system, aiming at the synchronous error problems existing in the lift process, hydraulic drive system was researched. An equivalent synchronous control strategy based on fuzzy PID control was present, the fuzzy rules were used to realize the real-time adjustment of PID control parameters. AMESim/Simu-link co-simulation was carried out with hydraulic cylinder piston rod displacement as index. The results show that this strategy can maintain the synchronous accuracy of the double hydraulic cylinders between 0~0.66mm under the condition of satisfying the working requirements of the scissors lift mechanism, to meet the control requirement.
