Based on the user-defined field subroutine, a three-dimensional failure model of composite laminate with a hole was established. Puck criterion was used to determine the failure of composite materials, and the properties of materials were exponentially attenuated according to the failure mode. The secondary stress criterion and B-K criterion were used to determine the initial failure and final failure of the interface. Then, the compression failure process of laminates with holes was simulated and verified by experiments. The results show that the predicted strength, failure mode and strain distribution are consistent with the test, and the error is only -4.49%.
