When the design of the clutch system of the hydraulically-operated gas-assisted clutch mechanism is matched: Considering that the vehicle has been in complex working conditions for a long time, overloaded (ubiquitous), frequent acceleration and deceleration (the clutch system needs frequent shifting operations), the failure rate of its clutch hydraulic gas assisted steering system has been in a prominent position in the vehicle for a long time. In order to meet the clutch system technology, such as clutch comfort, pedal force, clutch, and clutch system working stroke, and ergonomic requirements. In the matching design of the clutch system, the characteristic values and application scope of each component and mechanism should be reasonably selected. At the same time, it is necessary to effectively control the characteristic curves of the components and the key points that affect each other, such as the correlation characteristics between the clutch characteristic curve, the clutch booster characteristic curve, the clutch master cylinder characteristic curve, and the clutch pedal characteristic curve. Based on the clutch booster characteristic curve, combined with the clutch system theoretical matching, vehicle loading and commissioning, and market feedback, this paper integrates the clutch booster characteristic curve with the clutch system in the hydraulically-operated gas-assisted clutch mechanism. The matching design of the clutch system of the air assisted clutch mechanism provides an important basis and positive contribution.
