Study of Hotel AI Application and Development Trends in 5G Era

摘要

As a strategic technology for science-technology revolution and industrial reform, Artificial Intelligence(AI) plays a significant role in China’s economic and social progress. From guest services, room experience, products selling to guest safety and health management, application of AI in hotels is rather effective. Also, at the same time of providing highly efficient, convenient and novel services to customers, it deals a heavy blow to traditional hotels. This paper, based on the present application of AI in the hotel industry, strives to explore AI’s development trends in this sector by combining 5G technology and features of hotel industry in post-epidemic era.
