摘要

We fabricated collagen/CDHA/PRP composite scaffold using 3D printing system. This scaffold showed sustained release of growth factors until 35 days. The scaffolds functionalized with drug delivery system showed great cell proliferation, differentiation, and mineralization. We expected to this scaffold can be a high potential biomedical application in hard tissue regeneration.
