HDACs-targeting pH probe for intraoperative detection of metastatic tumors and chemotherapy

we developed an intraoperative real-time fluorescence diagnostic and chemotherapeutic strategy for metastatic microtumor by using the probe. Nevertheless, we believe that this theranostic prodrug designed for intraoperatively monitoring of metastatic microtumors combined with selective antitumor activity would broaden the impact of small multifunctional molecules in enzyme mapping, tumor theranostic and image-guided surgery.
