We successfully constructed tumor targetable AaLS and chemically conjugated them with Gd(Ⅲ) chelate complexes. Constructed conjugates, AaLS/HER2Afb/Gd(Ⅲ)DOTA, exhibited high n relaxivity at high magnetic field (7T) as well as low magnetic field (1.4T). They selectively bound to target cells and showed significantly enhanced MR signals at high magnetic field. AaLS/HER2Afb/Gd(Ⅲ)DOTA could be used as an effective T1 contrast agents in clinical setup.
