摘要

Preliminary work demonstrates an experimental design scheme that captures the biological complexity resulting from changes to 3D microenvironmental cues. This is accomplished by defining precise cellular microenvironments using engineered extracellular matrices and characterizing them with scRNA-seq. An important implication is the possibility of leveraging this information to direct cell behavior. Confirmation with protein analysis is warranted.
