Vibration signal analysis and noise voiceprint imaging is an effective method to detect the mechanical condition of transformer winding and iron core. The analysis of vibration signal and noise voiceprint imaging is of great importance to transformer fault diagnosis. Based on the analysis of the vibration and noise mechanism of the transformer core and winding, a 110kV transformer is measured with the established vibration measurement system. According to the analysis of the fundamental frequency amplitude, the main frequency, frequency ratio, vibration entropy, the ratio of odd and even harmonic, the voiceprint imaging analysis, concludes that the C phase high level bushing is abnormal, verify the effectiveness of the proposed diagnostic technique.
