In this paper we characterize the radio channel characteristics for Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) indoor scenarios in the 126 - 156 GHz frequency band. Four measurement scenarios have been considered: LOS and NLOS (by human body) in a laboratory and two NLOS (by wall and door blocking) in an office. The power delay profile, angles of arrival, path loss and delay spread models obtained from the measurements are provided for all configurations.
