Thoughts on the Status Quo and Development Countermeasures of Tank Washing Stations for Bulk Liquid Dangerous Chemical Tanks on the Yangtze River Main Line

With the rapid development of China's Yangtze River Basin economy, the demand for chemicals and energy is growing rapidly. A large number of dangerous chemicals with flammable and poisonous properties are continuously available. These hazardous chemicals are mainly used in the form of bulk liquid dangerous goods. The Yangtze River is transported to various chemical parks and storage bases along the route. The transportation of a large number of toxic and harmful bulk liquid dangerous goods poses a serious threat to the ecological environment of the Yangtze River and the water safety of urban residents along the route. In order to adapt to the requirements of reform and development in the new era, based on the study of the Yangtze River dangerous goods transportation policy tools, this paper uses the maturity model to judge the current level of regulatory maturity. Finally, based on the above research, the safety supervision strategy of dangerous goods transportation is put forward. And put forward countermeasures to promote the construction and development of hazardous chemicals washing stations.
