摘要

With the construction of new generation of intelligent substation, condition-based maintenance has become particularly important. Based on the characteristics of relay protection in the third-generation intelligent substation, the selection and optimization of condition evaluation indicators are discussed in this paper. The fault rate prediction models based on condition evaluation score and Weibull distribution are established respectively, and the regression effect of maintenance is considered, so the cumulative failure rate of equipment can be obtained more accurately. This provides a basis for maintenance decision-making. Finally, this paper synthetically considers the failure loss and maintenance loss in the maintenance cycle, and takes the minimum integrated cost as the objective function to construct the optimization model of maintenance decision-making.
