The intermittent change of wind speed is one of the most important factors that cause the unstable wind power generation. Studying the output power characteristics under various wind speed changes can capture wind energy to the maximum extent, improve control effect, and prevent faults from maximizing benefits. This paper studies hardware control technology under the simulation of various wind speed characteristics. Firstly, based on the four typical characteristics of the wind speed, mathematical model according to the predicted load power curve change is researched, and the logic control software is used in wind speed variation characteristic simulation design. Secondly, the sensing detection technology and the closed-loop control system are introduced. Fuzzy PID control technology is introduced to realize the accurate tracking of motor output speed under four kinds of wind speeds. Finally, the communication network is studied and Kingview is used to in monitor design to realize the AC motor frequency conversion control. The research work and design results flexibly develop the potential functions of PLC, and have a certain value of the application and promotion.
