With the grid connection of large-scale wind power capacity, a kind of subsynchronous oscillation generated by the interaction between wind turbine and circuit has appeared in the power system. In this paper, firstly, and the related factors with the method of eigenvalue analysis method to establish model and unified into electrical and mechanical model, and carries on the steady-state operation point initialization, with 2MW variable speed constant frequency doubly-fed generator as an example analysis of subsynchronous oscillation, the analysis results are given, and combined with the existing subsynchronous oscillation suppression methods, the introduction of additional power to suppress subsynchronous oscillation damping controller, finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed suppression measures.
