摘要

The precursor ceramic sensor (PDC) is a wireless passive temperature sensor with high temperature and corrosion resistance. The sensor is based on the principle of resonator, and its resonant frequency will change with the change of temperature. According to this characteristic, the resonant frequency can be found by sending a certain frequency band of radio frequency signal to the sensor and analyzing the return signal. The relationship between temperature and resonant frequency can be found by data fitting, and the temperature value can be obtained.
