In this paper, a new type of sound absorbing material is introduced, which not only has good sound absorption performance, but also has high sound insulation performance -- Microck sound insulation board. Microck sound insulation board, using sand as raw material, adopts advanced production technology of the silica polymerization, where inside the board there are lots of tiny pore connectivity which has no rules, through the choice of sand particle size, can be used to control porous (air flow resistance), thus the sound absorption of the control panel; Microck sound insulation board has a large mass density, meeting both high sound absorption and sound insulation working principle, technical characteristics. Microck sound insulation board can be used in indoor and outdoor sound insulation, and can provide sound absorption, again at the same time also has a good decorative characteristic; Application of this product can be in transportation, industry and civil construction.
