摘要

PU-PCL-Thioglycerol composite was well synthesized as demonstrated by H-NMR. Degradation rate was controlled by adjusting the contents of PCL in the composite. Moreover, thiol groups facilitated sustained drug delivery and significantly increased loading efficiency by forming di-sulfide bonding with protein based drugs.
