摘要

PgP/siMGMT polyplexes mediated efficient delivery and significant silencing of MGMT in GBM cells in vitro and in vivo. These results demonstrate the potential of the PgP micelle as a vector for RNAi therapy for GBM treatment. Future studies will evaluate chemotherapy drug-loaded and siMGMT-complexed PgP for combination therapy to overcome drug resistance in GBM.
