Improving the Idea of Development of the Single-Phase AC Rectifier with the High Power Factor

This paper analyzes the known methods of ensuring electromagnetic compatibility of average single-phase AC consumers having semiconductor rectifiers, thus having nonlinear I-V curves, with a power supply network. Based on the conducted analysis, new ides of ensuring electromagnetic compatibility should be proposed with the comparative assessment of their efficiency by power characteristics.
