New improvements to the borehole radar tomography package bh_tomo

New modules were added to the borehole radar tomography package bh_tomo over the past years to perform time-lapse tomography, tomography in elliptically anisotropic media and to account for 3D models. This paper contains details about the implementation of these new modules and shows some examples of the updated user interface.
