The track of the tram is the basis of the tram operation, and its detection is an important part of the tram safety detection. The purpose of testing the orbit is to find out the position of the deviation point of the track and to repair and maintain the found position. This requires us to feedback and record the location information of the error point in real time when testing the track, so that we can use it for the subsequent work. In this paper, an accurate locating system of track detection reference point based on single chip microcomputer technology, sensor technology, RFID technology, laser technology and C ++ programming technology is presented. First of all, using the encoder to send a pulse (encoder is installed on the encoder wheel) > through the pulse number processing to detect the car's real-time mileage and location. and then use RFID technology, laser technology, by reading the of the electronic Label data reference point and laser pointer to determine the location of the reference points to detect the vehicle mileage benchmark to achieve mileage real-time correction. Finally, mileage data will be sent to the host computer through the serial port by using single-chip, and in the host computer achieving the real-time orbit detection car running system. The theoretical accuracy of this system is 0.9mm, and the detection precision is high. It can provide precise positioning information for orbit detection, discover the position of gauge deviation in time, and provide technical support for the detection and maintenance of modern tramways.
