摘要

Radar emitter signal recognition is a key technology in electronic countermeasures and information processing. It is an essential part of scientific evaluation of its recognition effect. Aiming at the shortcomings that the evaluation index on the current radar emitter recognition effect is single, this paper constructs the mean and variance evaluation indicator system based on the recognition time and test results of recognition rate, and introduces the support vector machine into the evaluation of the radar emitter recognition effect. It proposes a method for evaluating the recognition effect of radar emitter signal based on support vector machine, and conducts evaluation experiment through computer simulation test, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
