Nowadays, the problem of developing and implementing information and telecommunication technologies for the multichannel monitoring of the synchronization signals of intelligent electric power SMART- and Mikro-Grid systems are aimed at increasing their energy efficiency, reliability and survivability. When functioning energy networks with dispersed sources and consumers of electricity (electrical complexes), there may arise problems of joint management of the electrical system, which are directly related to the reduction of energy costs due to the development and implementation of modern intelligent control systems using the latest infocommunication technologies and automation facilities.
