Glaucoma is one of the second principal eye disease in the world, if not treated legitimately may prompt to permanent blindness. There are no particular symptoms for this disease; it is seen by loss of side vision. Glaucoma is a moderate dynamic decay of the cells and the related cells such as the ganglions often termed as RGC's bringing about a distinct appearance to the optic nerve head (ONH), frequently called cupping. Because of cupping, the cup area increments and causes loss of side vision. Generally uniquely prepared clinicians physically review the fundus pictures in a tedious way. In this unique circumstance, we are trying to develop some novel algorithm for automatic detection of eyes affected with glaucoma using image processing filtering & transformation technique. In our research work, clustering by means of fuzzy logic along with support-vector-machine algorithms are used in the work. The tool that is used to obtain the simulation results is Matlab. could be the software platform that is being used. The simulation results shows the effectiveness of the method proposed.
