A Cognitive Study on Aspirations and Traits Using Simple Average Method and Garrett Ranking System

Management Education Systems are developing yearly. This study is focusing whether achieving MBA degree brings any entrepreneurial qualities among students. The study is conducted in the colleges of Koehi. Five highly preferred colleges by the MBA students were selected for the study. The sample size of the study is 120 students with convenient random sampling. A well-structured interview cum questionnaire method is used for the study. The study reveals that the Management Education System creates awareness about the entrepreneurship. It also finds that certain qualities like innovativeness and creativeness, time management and many other traits are created by achieving the education. The tools selected for the study are Simple Average Method and Garrett Ranking system.
