Analysis of Influencing Factors of Technical transformation Project Cost Based on PCA-ISM

摘要

Analyzing and digging out the influencing factors of power grid technological transformation project cost is an effective means to achieve cost control. Based on PCA-ISM, the impact mechanism of various influencing factors on the project cost is analyzed in this paper. And the root causes, direct factors and other influencing factors that affect the cost of technical transformation projects are excavated. This will provide a basis for effectively controlling the cost risk of technical transformation projects and optimizing cost management.
