Aiming to improve their performance in solve operation center's function, the power utilities have invested in strategies to contribute with the effectiveness of their resources, reducing the costs of provided services and ensuring the continuity and quality of the distributed energy. Considering the orders dispatch to repair crew, that respond for service demands, this paper proposes a predictive approach to analyze both types of orders in an integrated way, aiming to minimize the impact of reactive decisions on the daily planning and to predict their typical behavior on period and location events.
