The work presents the microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical properties after high -temperature corrosion in environment of aggressive gases on Inconel 686. To produce the Ni - base weld overlays the QS Nd:YAG laser beam was used.The substrates was boilers plate 13Mo4-5 steel. Ni - base alloys characterized by excellent high temperature corrosion resistance, good strength and good ability to work in aggressive environments. The micros tructure (SEM,TEM) and chemical composition (EDS) of obtained weld overlays were investigated.
