Supply-chain and inventory management are the main areas in the internet of things (IoT) requiring low cost and secure batch mode privacy and authentication of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. Some additional security and quality of service requirements are also necessary for a secure RFID based supply chain application. In this paper, our contribution is twofold: first, we propose a new lightweight homomorphic signature scheme that supports the aggregation. Second, based on it, we design a new efficient architecture for Supply Chain Management (SCM). Indeed, by introducing an aggregate function for reader-to-server communications, our SCM architecture significantly reduces the communication costs. Our protocol also captures more security properties such as privacy and authentication. Finally, we show that our protocol is compliant with the Gen2 version2 standard for low-cost RFID infrastructures.
