In this paper, a multi - objective optimization problem for intelligent grid energy planning is established, and a planning model with the aim of economy and low carbon is established. From the two aspects of cloud technology and microgrid energy dispatching, the energy storage capacity of microgrids is coordinated and controlled under by cloud platform, and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to optimize the multi-objective design. A simulation shows that the optimal allocation of dynamic resources in the microgrid is achieved through the optimized scheduling of cloud platform energy storage, which maximizes the economic benefit and improves the reliability and economy of microgrid operation.
