摘要

Wave propagation in magnetic fluids influenced by constant magnetic field is considered within the model of two phase material. The model takes into account mutual interaction of clusters constituting soft skeleton and interaction of clusters with free liquid. The description is used to determine attenuation and dispersion of mechanical waves for transversally isotropic system. Its predictions are discussed and compared with experimental data for different intensity of magnetic field.
