Measuring and computing complex for bench test: Development, implementation, measurement assurance

Measuring and computing complex (MCC) “Luch-M” is used to perform measurements when bench testing of products. The MCC collects multi-channel data, processes them, documents and stores the measured results. “Luch-M” has been developed and implemented at JSC FR&PC “ALTAI”. The most important task of measurement assurance is testing for pattern approval.
