Anxiety disorders have gradually become a common psychological disorder in recent years, which has seriously affected the quality of life for people. Therefore, the treatment of anxiety is urgent and imminent. The aim of this study was to explore the methods of computer biofeedback in the treatment of anxiety. This paper used both questionnaire survey and experiment method carried out by statistical software SPSS19.0. 90 college students were selected with mild anxiety by SCL-90 scale and were randomly divided into three groups: the music therapy group, the music therapy group combined with biofeedback group and the control group. Before and after the treatment, the SAS scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect of all participants. The results showed that scores of music therapy combined with biofeedback group decreased significantly greater than two other groups, and the difference among them was significant. The results suggest that music therapy combined with biofeedback has a good effect on treating college students' anxiety. It can provide a guide for treating anxiety for university students.
