With the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for seamless sports underwear is not only limited to the sports function, but more attention to its thermal and moisture comfort. As a new type of raw materials, Pupa protein fiber has a good health performance, and favored by its excellent moisture permeability. If the pupa protein fiber could be applied to seamless sports underwear development, it is not only to achieve functional sports underwear comfort requirements, to meet the health needs of people, but also to deep the development of silkworm protein fibers, to lay a foundation for the future of textile technology and performance optimization of new materials. This study selected "Camille" pupa protein fiber as a sample, and put forward the method of blending and interwoven. Blending the pupa protein fiber modal and cotton at first, then intervened with nylon to improve its strength and elasticity. Through orthogonal experiment design, 9 groups of different raw materials, mixed proportion and structure of sample fabric are weaved. The relationship between veil material, interleaving ratio, structure and the performance of the fabric (Dimensional stability, pilling and abrasion resistance, air permeability, moisture permeability, hygroscopicity, bursting strength) are found by orthogonal experiment. Finally, using the grey near optimal comprehensive evaluation method to get the best comprehensive performance of the fabric.
