High speed transmission in giga bps performance for FSO communication using new modulation technique

High speed transmission is the most important thing that needed in free space optical (FSO) communication. It can send and receive data speedily. However FSO have interference during transmission. Usually strong turbulence is the main interference affected in FSO. This paper focuses on increase the high speed transmission in FSO communication by using new dual diffuser modulation (DDM) technique under the influence of the strong turbulence. Strong turbulence can affected the wave front cause to fluctuating signal and ultimately receiver can turn into saturate or loss signal. DDM technique enhances the detecting bit ¿¿¿1¿¿¿ and bit ¿¿¿0¿¿¿ and improves the power received to encounter with turbulence effect. The numerical result shows that the DDM technique support higher bit rate above 10Gbps and capable to operate at low power transmit. The finding also reveals that DDM can spread the effect of the diffuser up to 1Gbps. The result of the evaluation can provide more knowledge on the feasibility of FSO communication deployment under atmospheric turbulence condition especially for a high speed transmission.
